Circuits

  • CTAF Starting Engines: You are on the apron at a non-towered field before your first circuit of the day. Advise you are starting engines so other traffic knows you may soon taxi.
  • CTAF Taxi for Circuits: After engine start at a CTAF field you are taxiing from the apron toward the runway for circuit training. Announce your movement.
  • CTAF Joining Downwind: You are joining the circuit from outside the pattern at a CTAF aerodrome. Broadcast position, level, and joining instruction.
